Samsung G810 Vs. Nokia N81 at Wednesday, July 30, 2008

Still confusing about which phone to choose between Samsung G810 and Nokia N81 since my mom not allowed me to sell both phone for better mobile phone. My dilemma start begin here:

If I Choose Samsung G810:

• Sacrifice a very very nice 16 Million Colour Screen. ( G810 256K)
  
• Miss out Famous Nokia Gaming Platform - The Nokia N-gage (Less play already...)
• Sacrifice Better and louder Music Quality ( G810 Not Bad either)
• Bulkier

If I Choose Nokia N81:

• TOTALLY Sacrifice 5.0 Megapixel Camera with 3x Optical Zoom, Xenon Flash, Auto-Focus and face detection (Which is A LOT A LOT BETTER than STUPID N81 2.0 MP camera)
• Miss out Full GPS Function.
• Miss out nice and Sturdy Design on G810
• No more HSDPA (but 3G usage expensive...)
• Miss TV-Out (No use one..)
• No more 2.6 Inches big Screen (N81 2.4 Inches)

Actually, both phone running on symbian60 platform, so both phone are same alike.

Today, I opened up my mail, notice that Samsung G810 "Mission Possible" admin has sent me a E-mail, notifying I'm a winner of G810 "mission possible" contest, 3rd Place and the prize is a Samsung G810 Smartphone. Honestly, I can't believe my eye and still thinking whether I'm in my dream or not! Anyway, I very happy.. but now.. I have to choose between G810 or my n81... confusing...

Recently read about a new technology about lightscribe burner that could burn disc and ALSO BURN LABEL.. very cool man!

LightScribe is an optical disc recording technology that utilizes specially coated recordable CD and DVD media to produce laser-etched labels with text or graphics, as opposed to stick-on labels and printable discs.

The LightScribe method uses the laser similar to the way that data is burned to the disc; a greyscale image of the label is etched to the top side of the disc. The discs come in many colors: monotone (the original), red, green, blue, yellow, and orange backgrounds.

After all, what you need?

Hardware:
You must have a LightScribe-enabled disc drive (either built into your desktop or notebook PC or an external drive). Saw it at my nearest store about RM115

Software:
The type of LightScribe software you use will depend on what's bundled with your hardware.

Media:
LightScribe CDs and DVDs have a special coating that interacts with the laser in your LightScribe-enabled disc drive. You must use LightScribe CDs and DVDs in order to burn a label onto your discs. Saw it at nearest store 20 Disc RM35

Method, It easier than you think, just three simple step: Burn -> Flip -> Burn

Well, Mozila firefox set a Guinness World Record for the most software downloads in 24 hours. With the help from the citizen of the world, Mozila Firefox 3 reached 8,002,530 downloads.

Also, I'm now part of a World Record and the proud owner of the best version of Firefox yet!

Guess What? I get a certificate!
