Among the Nseries Smartphones, nokia n95 8gb, nokia n82, and the just released nokia n96 are famous in Malaysia, every fans of n95 or n82 saying their own mobile set is the best. And now, even the war started long long time ago, but until now.. there wasn't a clear winner here. Of course, n82 owner said their n82 win and so the n95 owner do!

Nokia n95 8gb obviously bulkier than Nokia n82.

But n95 8gb has a large screen with 2.8 inches which larger than nokia n82 which is 2.4 inches. Both phones has TV out function to connect to TV. Nokia n95 8gb is a slider phones with a nice keypad but nokia n82 keypad is too small which was bit disappointing.
Comment: I give Nokia n95 8gb win because of it large screen and good keypad. Even both have TV out function, this is just a reason for n82 fans to prove their n82 not fall behind in this category, it is quite inconvenient and bit impossible for user to connect to TV alway while surfing internet or watching video. While keypad is because of many complaint in Malaysia for n82 users because too small. And about slider or candybar, it all up to all up to individual.
Camera:
Both smartphone equiped with 5 Megapixel Carl-Zeiss Optic Camera with auto-focus. Nokia n82 pawned Nokia n95 8gb with very very good Xenon Flash, capable user to take very very nice photo in low light condition, while n95 8gb only single LED flash. Nokia n95 8gb did great job either in bright condition only. Obviously, Nokia n82 win because it is a true camera replacement. Plus, Nokia n82 has camera cover where Nokia n95 8gb don't have.
Comment:
No doubt, Nokia n82 did a good job in camera, that what nokia n82 made for, the best Nseries camera phone. If you want a camera phone, stop reading the remaining part, Nokia n82 is the right phone for you.
Music Quality and Control:
Nokia n95 8gb equiped with 2 stereo speaker while n82 just has 1, the quality and loudness for n95 8gb is better and has dedicated music control which nokia n82 doesn't, also, the music control button able user to use for their N-gage gaming (with software). After all, nokia n82 did good job in music either, but nokia n95 8gb is better.

Storage and connectivity:
Nokia n95 8gb with internal 8GB memory with NO memory slot, while Nokia n82 with microSD support SDHC memory slot with is more "future proof", capable user to insert more than 16GB memory card, also, it all up to individual. The N95 8GB has a standard mini-USB port. Almost everybody has a mini-USB from a Mp3 player or cardreader cable at home but not a micro-USB cable which the N82 needs. Also, transfer large amount of files using a memory card reader is far faster than using an USB cable. So, Nokia n82 win this category because n95 8gb has really slow transfer speed using USB connectivity.

The standard Mini-USB port in Nokia n95 8gb is really usefull when you are visiting a friend and want to show him some pictures you took with your N95 8GB compare to nokia n82. After all, Nokia n82 capable to put more than 8gb of files is quite useful to turn your mobile phone like a multimedia computer, but honestly, 8GB is really enough. Nokia n95 8gb transfer speed can be faster by using Wireless home network.
Battery Life:
Nokia n95 8gb with BL-6F (1200 mAh) and Nokia n82 with BP-6MT (1050mAh). In teory, Nokia n95 8gb is a winner, but actually the different not really much. But with Nokia n82 Xenon Flash really a battery drainer compare to Nokia n95 8gb LED, but it worth for a much better quality picture. So.. Draw!
